AWE Tuning AirGate carbon fiber intake for Audi B9 3.0T / 2.9TT includes a lid and an AWE S-FLO filter. Removing the lid makes more intake and turbo sound audible in the cabin; fitting it reduces that sound. Two accessible hex screws secure the lid. The airbox uses genuine 2x2 carbon fiber with UV-stabilized resin and a clear coat.

It mounts at the stock location and connects to factory ducting through a floating airbox inlet. The serviceable S-FLO filter is designed for this airbox to increase airflow. With a piggyback tuner, stated maximum gains at the wheels are 17 hp and 13 lb-ft of torque for the 3.0T, and 16 hp and 3 ft-lbs of torque for the 2.9TT.
