There two types of Electronic Fuel Injection System, throttle or electronic injection. one engine with fuel-return pipe, another one engine without fuel-return pipe.Throttle Model: The way of connection is the same as EFI System, just adjust the pressure of the air source 1-5PSI. Check fuel injection model, throttle or EFI: EFI Model: Find out the fuel return hose, disconnect it and plug it with suitable adaptor; Find out the fuel inlet hose, disconnect it and connect it with the outlet hose of the cleaner with proper adaptor; Connect the outlet and return hose of the fuel tank, and open the tank cover; If there is not return hose, please move the fuse of the fuel pump so that the pump will not work; Charge the cleaning fluid into the tank of the cleaner; Connect the air source power to the air port of the cleaner, adjust its pressure 40-50PSI; Check all connect point to make sure there is not leakage; Start the engine to clean the fuel system. To the Throttle Style: To the throttle style system, the way of connection is the same, just adjust the pressure of the air source 1-5PSI. The way to identify the inlet and return hose: Generally speaking, inlet hose is bigger, return hose is samaller; There is always a filter connected in the inlet hose side, and a buffer in the return side; here is arrow on the hose to show the fuel flow direction How To Clean The Throttle Body? Start the engine, put the engine at idle speed until the engine is working stably, and then turn off the engine. Open the oil filler cap of the cleaning equipment, pour a bottle of cleaning agent into the cleaning equipment bottle, tighten the cap, hang the cleaning equipment on the engine cover, and close the ball valve switch on the oil outlet pipe. Disconnect the intake pipe from the closest valve, start the engine, and put it in a high idle state, usually the engine runs at 1500 rpm. Install the atomizing nozzle on the oil outlet pipe of the cleaning equipment, put it on the air inlet pipe, and slowly open the ball valve on the oil outlet pipe of the cleaning equipment until the liquid sprays out from the nozzle. Keep the speed at 1500 rpm to clean the carbon deposits in the engine intake system. After cleaning, turn off the engine and reconnect the intake pipe. How To Clean The Fuel System Test? For hose line connection methods with and without return hose, Please refer to the manual in the "Product guides and documents" section of the product detail page. Add the cleaning agent into the stainless steel bottle, connect the compressed air to the air inlet of the washer and adjust the pressure to 40-50PSI, check whether there is oil leakage at the connection, start the engine to start cleaning; Drain out the pressure in the bottle after flushing, and then disconnect the cleaning tool. Restore all of the pipes of the fuel system and check there have no leaking. Note: The carburetor cleaning method is the same as the EFI cleaning method, the pressure is 1-5PSI, too high pressure will damage the carburetor needle valve and cause too much oil into the combustion chamber. How To Clean The Catalytic Converter? Use a throttling vacuum adsorption device for cleaning, and one end of the device is sheathed in the engine intake manifold (note: do not insert into the brake vacuum pipe). After preheating the car for 5 minutes, run it at idle speed, slowly open the ball valve, let the detergent enter the manifold very slowly, after 20-40 minutes after cleaning, increase the throttle to 3000-4500RPM, run at air speed for a few minutes, and the dirt will be dissolved Or burn or discharge from the exhaust pipe after strong oxidation. Preheat the car, connect the suspension tube to the three-way catalytic cleaning agent; insert the equipment needle into the PCV vacuum tube; start the engine, open the equipment control valve, and make the cleaning fluid drop in the window. Idle the engine until the chemical solution is washed; turn off the engine after cleaning, and reconnect the pipeline. Run the engine at an idle speed of 2000 for 5-10 minutes, and drain the residual liquid.
