Autool HTS705 Yellow Dry Ice Blaster sku-11201521074
No rating yet(0 ratings)The yellow Autool HTS705 is an automotive dry ice blaster listed under Vacuums, Steamers & Floor Care. Its size is 18.11" x 25.98" x 32.87"; SKU sku-11201521074 and UPC 728990667330. Available in 110V and 220V versions, it uses high-pressure air to propel dry ice particles at carbon deposits on parts such as the throttle, intake valve and combustion chamber without disassembling those parts.
An air filter blocks water from entering the engine block and helps prevent ice from clogging the pipes. A spiral separation device stirs the dry ice to limit clumping during feeding. Typical dry ice use is 4 to 8 kg over 5 to 10 minutes of cleaning, excluding disassembly time.
The machine can also be used in electricity, rubber, plastics, chemicals, printing, food, pharmaceuticals, casting, ships and aviation. Dry ice is not included. Use particles 3 to 5 mm (0.12 to 0.2 inches) in diameter. 1) Wear protective glasses, earmuffs, work clothes and gloves. 2) Before use, set the ice supply speed to "0" and check the nozzle for condensed water.
After spraying, set the dry ice flow to "0" and run the spray gun for 30 seconds to clear the ice tray and tube. Keep foreign matter out when filling, and provide ventilation while using solid CO2. Carbon deposits from fuel combustion can affect fuel consumption, engine output, oil use and emissions.
Dry ice cleaning removes carbon physically without chemical solvents or engine disassembly; unlike sandblasting, it does not wear the cleaned parts. Dry ice particles at -78.5℃ strike the deposits, the dry ice sublimates, and compressed air carries away the loosened material. The machine can operate with air pressure above 4 kg-f/cm².
