The ARCCAPTAIN CUT55 Pilot Digital is a Red, One Size Metal Cutting plasma cutter (sku-11916701699; UPC 717331555238). Its high-frequency, non-touch pilot arc ignites without the torch head contacting the metal, reducing electrode wear and helping consumables last longer. Keep the machine powered off until the screen goes dark and the fan stops.

An internal air pressure sensor and built-in regulator allow pressure adjustment. The rear air filter has a 1/4"-18 NPT connection; recommended compressor settings are 90 PSI and 6.5 CFM. The machine uses an AG60 plasma torch. Preset settings include 60 PSI air pressure and 5 seconds of post-flow.
