Arai Helmet 0101-15958 Black 2XL Full Face | sku-2824546432

Arai Helmet 0101-15958 is Black, size 2XL, Male Motorcycle Gear, sku-2824546432, UPC 685311187123. This Signet-X US Flag full-face helmet has a long oval shape for a narrow head and more pronounced forehead, with more front-to-back and less side-to-side EPS liner space. Its Variable Axis System (VAS) shield mechanism is designed to improve shell shape.

The latch holds the shield closed, offers a de-mist function and makes the shield easier to operate. Lowering the pivot point by an average of 24 mm smooths the shell near the temples to help reduce impact energy entering the helmet. The Peripherally Belted Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC) shell combines materials and techniques for performance and affordability.

QVF three-position intake and QVR exhaust ducts provide airflow; a side vent continues to exhaust air when the top duct's front shutter is closed. FCS® cheek pads use contoured layers of foam supported by a foam spring to cradle the face and help block wind noise. The water-repellent, removable ES chin cover adds to the helmet's egg shape and increases exhaust from the mouth area.

The odor-resistant liner material resists bacterial buildup. A VAS-Max Vision (MV) shield accepts a VAS-MV Pinlock lens, and a ready-to-install Pinlock-120 lens is included.
