Aqua Coat Clear Gallon 300-00-03 sku-650030721 Filler

Aqua Coat 300-00-03 Clear wood grain filler is a Gallon (128 oz) product in the Sealants, Fillers and Adhesives category (sku-650030721; UPC 748252493415). This water-based gel fills grain and seals pores in raw wood or wood before or after staining. It can help limit topcoat absorption and can be mixed with water-soluble pigments or dyes.

Suitable porous woods include oak, ash, mahogany and walnut; uses include tabletops, desktops, cabinets, vanities, millwork, pianos, guitars and furniture refinishing. Made in the USA, the filler has low VOC and low odor, is nonflammable and noncombustible, dries quickly, adheres to wood, sands easily and cleans up with water.

Work it against the grain into open pores with a small squeegee, bondo blade, old credit card or gloved fingers. Scrape off excess with the grain. Let it dry for 45 to 60 minutes, then lightly sand with 320-grit or finer paper or a fine sanding pad immediately before the next application. Apply 2 to 3 coats.
