The APW7 1800W power supply is designed to reliably run a single miner such as one S9i, one L3++, one D3, one V9, one X3, one E3 or one Z9 mini. It includes 5 pairs of 6 pin PCI-E connectors (10 connectors total) and supports back-wiring for straightforward installation and improved wear resistance. Built for high-temperature mining environments, the APW7 can operate stably at ambient temperatures up to 50℃; if ambient temperature exceeds 50℃ the unit should be underclocked. All internal components meet a 105℃ rating, giving this PSU a longer service life than standard universal power supplies under similar thermal stress. Efficiency and performance: compared to the APW3++ (93.5% conversion efficiency), the APW7 achieves 95% conversion efficiency, reducing electricity costs. The unit delivers quiet, stable operation suitable for continuous mining use. Protection features shut the PSU down automatically in case of circuit faults or elevated internal temperature to safeguard mining hardware. Built-in protections include Over Voltage Protection, Under Voltage Protection, Over Current Protection, Over Power Protection and Short Circuit Protection. For cooling and cable management, the front of the power supply houses the cooling fan and the power cord interface, enabling effective heat dissipation throughout the mining rig.
