Built to outperform industry requirements, this Ancor wire exceeds UL 1426, ABYC and US Coast Guard Charter boat (CFR Title 46) standards for long-lasting, rugged performance. The conductor uses ultra flexible (Type 3) tinned copper stranding to maximize resistance to corrosion and electrolysis, while minimizing fatigue from repeated vibration and flexing. The premium vinyl insulation is rated 600V and tolerates 105°C in dry conditions and 75°C when wet. It remains pliable in extreme cold (-40°F/C) and resists damage from salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, heat, abrasion and ultraviolet exposure.
