🔔How to do Leakage test ? 1. Fill 20ml baby oil to the detector for the first time. Open the engine cover, and hang the detector in the cover. 2. Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected with detector. 3. Connect detector with DC12V battery, turn on the power switch, and the detector starts to work. 4. In about 30 seconds, the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the leak points. Please use head lamp if necessary. A1: Ensure that the Flow Dial is open anti-clockwise. If the issue persists, replace the pump with a new one. Q2: There is no smoke output. A2: Check if there is air output by referring to Q1. Check the oil level and refill to the correct level. If the battery voltage is low, check and ensure it is over 12V. If the heater is damaged, replace it if the current consumption is less than 3Amp. Q3: The smoke output is weak and there are obvious oil drops from the output? A3: Change to a compatible smoke oil and check the battery voltage to ensure it is over 12V. Q4: Why there are slow oil drops from the output? A4: Periodically remove the smoke hose and blow it with an air gun. Q5: What should I do if there is a sudden stop of smoke output? A5: The overheat protection may have been activated. Allow the unit to cool down before using it again.
