The ANCEL BM700 is a Blue, One Size scan tool in Diagnostic and Test Tools. It reads and clears fault codes across major systems on supported BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce vehicles. Functions include engine, ABS, SAS, SRS and TPMS diagnostics; oil service, fuel pump and electronic parking brake resets; steering-angle adjustment; battery checks and registration; DPF regeneration and replacement functions; and EGS adaptation clearing.

It also supports maintenance functions A and B, DME/DDE engine functions, ABS/ASC/DSC functions, F-chassis fuel pump reset and ECU reset. It also offers idle-speed, fuel-injection and CO adjustments, valvetronic limit learning, exhaust gas recycling, bleeding routines, mix-up checks, IQA and brake-line functions, including 22 CBS reset or correction functions.

Its OBD2 support reads engine fault codes on other OBD2 cars, but only for the engine system. The 10 menu languages are English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Swedish, Portuguese, Finnish, Norwegian and Danish. Online software updates are free for the lifetime of the tool and are downloaded from the AUTOPHIX website. An I/M and DTC hot key and day and night interface styles are provided.

Supported BMW chassis are listed for the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 Series, plus X, Z and I Series; MINI and Rolls-Royce chassis are also listed. BMW chassis codes are: 1 Series E81/E82/E87/E88/F20/F21/F52; 2 Series F22/F23/F45/F46/F87; 3 Series E30/E36/E46/E90/E91/E92/E93/F30/F31/F34/F35/F80/G20; 4 Series F32/F33/F36/F82/F83; 5 Series E28/E34/E39/E60/E61/F07/F10/F11/F18/F90/G30/G31/G38; 6 Series E24/E63/E64/F06/F12/F13/G32; 7 Series E23/E32/E38/E65/E66/E67/E68/F01/F02/F03/F04/G11/G12; and 8 Series E31/G14/G15/G16.

The X Series listing includes X1 E84 F48 F49, X2 F39, X3 E83 F25 G01, X4 F26 G02, X5 E53 E70 F15 F85 G05, X6 E71 E72 F16 F86 and X7 G07. The Z Series listing includes Z1 E30, Z3 E36, Z4 E85 E86, Z4 E8 and Z8 E52; the I Series listing includes I3 I01 and I8 I12. Listed MINI chassis are MINI_R50/R52/R53, MINI_R55/R56/R57, MINI_R58/R59, MINI_R60 and MINI_F56.
