Central Garden & Pet Ant 25 lbs sku-190107735 Bait
No rating yet(0 ratings)Central Garden & Pet Amdro Pro Ant bait comes in a 25 lbs size (SKU sku-190107735; UPC 706927862126). The package is also described as 25 Lbs and 25 lb. It attracts imported and native fire ants, as well as harvester, bigheaded and Argentine ants. Workers carry the bait into the mound and feed it to the queen.
It starts killing ants immediately; the queen typically dies within a week, leading to colony destruction. Apply it outdoors on lawns, landscaped areas, golf courses or noncropland areas such as airports, roadsides, parks and athletic fields. It may be used around poultry houses, excluding runs and ranges, and other animal holding areas, but animals must not be exposed to the granules.
Apply 25 tablespoons per mound or 24 ounces per 5,000 sq. ft. (12 lbs per acre) over larger infested areas. The active ingredient is 0.73% hydramethylnon.
