Amcrest NV4108E-A2 4K NVR All Cameras sku-637253683

The Amcrest NV4108E-A2 kit, configuration NV4108E-IP8M-2496EW4, is listed under All Cameras as SKU sku-637253683, UPC 085783534607, in White. It pairs a 4K 8-channel PoE NVR with four 8MP (4K) outdoor metal bullet cameras. No hard drive is included; the NVR supports drives up to 10TB. The package also contains 4 x 60ft Ethernet cables, a USB mouse, a network cable and a quick start guide. The NVR has an 8-port PoE switch and uses H.265 compression to reduce storage needs while retaining UltraHD quality. Playback options are 8 channels at 1080p and 30fps, 4 channels at 4MP and 30fps, or 2 channels at 4K and 30fps. Incoming bandwidth is limited to 80Mbps. It can record 8 cameras at 4K using H.264. For optimized recording of 8 cameras at 4K, change the default codec from H.264 to H.265 and set each camera's bit rate to 1792. Each camera records at 3840x2160P and 15fps and has a 2.8mm wide-angle lens with a 105° field of view. The cameras have IP67 weatherproof metal housings; their CMOS image sensor and chipset improve low-light performance. Ethernet carries power and data between the cameras and NVR. A PoE injector or switch is required but sold separately. Motion-detection event handling, playback, backup and search tools support searches accurate to one second. Compatible AI IP cameras can supply AI features, depending on the camera model; the NVR has no built-in AI features and supports only 2CH AI cameras at 4K and 30fps. Add a compatible hard drive, up to 10TB, for onboard recording.
