No rating yet(0 ratings)The Green Aerobin 200 is a 55 gal insulated composter for household and garden waste. Its aerated design turns organic waste into compost. To collect compost tea, attach a plastic hose to the outlet in the base and empty it into a shallow plate or tray. Dilute 1 part tea with 20 parts water for use as lawn fertilizer.
Developed by an Australian company, Aerobin was tested at Swinburne University of Technology's Environment & Biotechnology Centre. Global Environment Management, or GEM, was formed as a joint venture between Motherson Sumi Systems Limited Mauritius Pte Ltd and Melbourne-based ECompost Pty Ltd to develop and commercialize the Aerobin system. Aerobin was GEM's first environmental product.
