AEM 30-5601 CD-5L 5" Full-Color Digital Dash Display — 800x480, 1000cd/m2, Carbon Composite

Bright 5" full-color screen with 800x480 resolution and 1000cd/m2 brightness, plus an anti-glare filter for direct-sunlight readability. Housed in a rugged, lightweight flow-molded carbon fiber composite enclosure; total display weight of 11.7 oz./331 grams and IP66 water resistance for use on motorcycles and boats. Dual user-programmable CAN bus inputs accept channels from two separate CAN networks simultaneously, supporting AEMnet devices and non-AEM third-party gear side-by-side. Plug & Play adapter cables are available for Holley, Link, MSD Atomic and Vi-Pec ECUs. Factory ECUs from 2008-up can be connected using the Plug & Play OBDII CAN Adapter Cable (PN 30-2217, sold separately). For carbureted or pre-2008 stock ECU vehicles, install the CD-5 Carbon with a 22 Channel CAN Sensor Module (PN 30-2212, sold separately). Expand with the Vehicle Dynamics Module (PN 30-2206, sold separately) to add GPS plus a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer for G-loads, roll, pitch, yaw, track mapping and lap timing. The interface supports seven programmable pages — four Main pages, plus Alarm, On-Change and Start-up pages — including a dedicated Alarm page that you can program in almost any language (user defined). The unique On-Change page is ideal for displaying map switches such as boost, traction or lap times. Use the included page layouts and drop in your channels and text, or build pages from scratch with the free DashDesign Graphics Editor software. Top-mounted, programmable and dimmable shift/RPM indication is provided by seven LED indicators. The dash includes an odometer function, Two programmable LEDs, over 200 supplied fully programmable SAE and custom warning icons (plus the ability to add your own), and a 'Headlight-in' connection that dims the display and LEDs for night driving. Two additional switch inputs are provided for user-triggered events like blinkers or high beams.
