Adafruit AMG8833 8x8 IR Thermal Camera Breakout — Panasonic 64-Pixel I2C Sensor

The AMG8833 is Panasonic’s next-generation 8x8 thermal IR sensor, mounted on an Adafruit breakout for easy use. It delivers an 8x8 array (64) of individual infrared temperature readings that are accessible over I2C. The board includes a configurable interrupt output that can be set to trigger whenever any single pixel rises above or falls below thresholds you define. Compact and low-profile, this breakout is ideal for building human-presence detectors, simple thermal imaging projects, or a small-scale thermal camera.
