The Acoustic Audio R191 is a passive 2-way design that accepts standard receiver or amplifier outputs — simply connect raw speaker wire and drive each speaker from your amp. For in-wall runs use CL3 rated in-wall certified raw speaker wire. Audio performance: 5.25" high-rigidity polypropylene cone woofers with butyl rubber surrounds combined with 12mm soft dome tweeters deliver full-range sound. Frequency response is 45Hz–22 kHz with a sensitivity of 95dB at 8ohm. Installation details: pressure-lock mounting clamps secure tightly to drywall. Cut a round speaker hole of 6.61"; mounting depth is 2.8" and overall diameter is 7.48". Each unit offers raw wire clamp or solder connections and is housed in durable ABS with removable, paintable grills to match your decor. Power and compatibility: any home audio receiver or amp with raw speaker wire outputs will work; amplifier power should be no less than 10 and no more than 200 watts per channel.
