These passive speakers are designed for broad sound dispersion and connect directly to your receiver or amplifier using raw speaker wire. Full-range 2-way design includes 5.25" woven fiber bulletproof cone woofers with butyl rubber surrounds and pivoting Titanium tweeters. Frequency response is 40Hz-22 kHz with a sensitivity of 97dB at 8ohm. Installation is straightforward thanks to a pressure-lock mounting system that clamps securely to drywall. Each speaker requires a 6.61" round cutout, has a mounting depth of 2.8" and an overall diameter of 7.48". Connections support raw wire clamp or solder hookups, and the durable ABS housings and removable, paintable grills let you match the finish to your decor. System requirements: any home audio receiver or amp with raw speaker wire outputs; amplifier power should be no less than 10 and no more than 250 watts per channel. Use CL3 rated in-wall certified raw speaker wire to run from your receiver to the speakers.
