These are passive speakers—simply connect them to your home audio receiver or amplifier using raw speaker wire. Audio Design: Full-range 3-way configuration featuring 6.5" High Rigidity Poly cone woofers with progressive spiders and butyl rubber surrounds, Poly Mica midrange drivers, and 13mm soft dome tweeters. Each speaker includes a 3-way passive crossover for improved fidelity. Measured frequency response is 45Hz-20 kHz with a sensitivity of 93dB at 8ohm. Installation Details: Built with a pressure lock mounting system that clamps securely to drywall. Required round speaker cut-out size is 7.87" and mounting depth is 3.43"; overall diameter is 9.17". Connectors are spring loaded raw wire connections. Housings and grills are molded from durable ABS and can be painted to blend with your decor. System Requirements: Compatible with any home audio receiver or amplifier that provides raw speaker wire outputs. Power from your amp should be no less than 10 and no more than 300 watts per channel. Use CL3 rated in-wall certified raw speaker wire to run from your receiver to the speakers.
