If the heat pump struggles in extreme cold, a backup 2.5 kW heat kit activates for consistent comfort year-round. PTAC EFFICIENCY Save up to 40% energy with the PTAC air conditioner heat pump compared to heat-only models, with an 13.1 EER cooling rating. A drain kit and 7 ft power cord with NEMA 6-15P plug are included for easy installation. DROP-IN REPLACEMENT This unit has universal 42” x 16” dimensions and can be easily installed in place of an existing standard sized PTAC; allowing you to reuse an existing PTAC wall sleeve & grille. Note: Installation will require a wall sleeve, grille, and 208/230V NEMA 6-15P power receptacle, not included. WI-FI THERMOSTAT A built-in infrared (IR) sensor connects to the included Cielo Breez+ Wi-Fi thermostat, allowing for 7-day programmability, usage statistics, geo fencing, and app control from your smartphone.
