YENJO Red Strength Training AB SWING | sku-17452216518

The YENJO Red AB SWING INFINITY is Strength Training equipment with a padded seat for core exercises using body weight. Sitting 1 inch, 2 inches or 3 inches lower increases the difficulty. Its triangular frame has a safety stop intended to prevent backward tilting; the source describes leaning back 120 degrees. Earlier versions used up-and-down, then side-to-side movement.

INFINITY allows more movement to work the rectus abdominis and obliques. It is lightweight, can be lifted with one hand and stored in a corner. SKU sku-17452216518; UPC 589005790883.
