What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Overview: The A980PROMAX is a tri-mode, programmable wireless gaming mouse built for pro-level responsiveness and surface versatility. It combines ultra-high polling rates, the AIM-750U optical sensor, a 0.85' TFT color screen, and magnesium alloy buttons with Black Mamba switches for precise control and tactile feedback. Polling & wireless tech: In wireless mode the mouse operates at a 4kHz polling rate using the latest patented wireless technology to deliver low latency, low power draw, high throughput, and strong interference immunity. When connected by cable it can run at an 8kHz polling rate (up to 8000 data reports per second) for the fastest possible response and pixel-accurate tracking. AIM-750U 30K optical sensor: The AIM-750U features auto-adaptive tracking that optimizes performance across different surfaces — including glass and textured pads. Sensor specs: 750 IPS maximum speed, 50g acceleration, and 30,000 programmable DPI for fine-tuned sensitivity. 0.85' TFT color display: The built-in color screen shows connection mode, battery level, current DPI, polling rate, and custom GIF patterns at a glance. Many settings can also be adjusted with key combinations, and you can upload personalized GIFs (pet, avatar, or other images) to make the mouse uniquely yours. Magnesium alloy buttons & switches: Primary buttons are constructed from magnesium alloy for improved tactility, quicker rebound, and increased durability. Black Mamba switches provide crisp, distinct clicks for reliable actuation during gaming sessions. Connectivity & compatibility: The A980PROMAX supports wired USB-C, Bluetooth 5.1, and 2.4GHz wireless modes for use with PC, laptop, Mac, and tablet devices. Compatible with Windows and macOS systems. Customization & software: Use the companion software to program macros, remap keys, adjust DPI and polling rate, and upload custom movies/GIFs. Extensive on-device and software options let you tailor the mouse to your playstyle. What’s included: A980PROMAX mouse with AIM-750U sensor, 0.85' TFT display, magnesium alloy buttons with Black Mamba switches, and tri-mode connectivity (USB-C / BT5.1 / 2.4Ghz).
