Overview: A heavy-duty clamp kit built for tractors, mobile equipment and agricultural attachments that require breakaway protection. This assembly combines two 9250 premium connect-under-pressure couplers, a 9006-4 clamp assembly and the 9507-4-1H automatic dust cover assembly. The kit can be supplied partially assembled or preassembled for flexible installation options. Key safety and operation features: The included couplers are lever-activated, double-shutoff, connect-under-pressure types that permit zero-pressure connection and disconnection. A built-in breakaway safety mechanism automatically separates and closes the valves if a breakaway event occurs, protecting hydraulic lines and equipment. Couplings mate with Pioneer universal male tips and comply with ISO 5675 for worldwide compatibility. Dust protection and identification: The 9507-4-1H dust cover assembly features color-coded covers that snap shut when couplers are disconnected to keep contaminants out of the coupler sockets. Couplers are available in right- and left-handed orientations and have color-coded grips to quickly distinguish raise and lower lines during hookup. Clamp construction and performance: The 9006-4 clamp assembly uses a robust steel mounting bar and a heavy-duty die-cast yoke to secure the couplers against vibration and heavy-duty agricultural use.
