Unbranded 8ft MIG welding gun for Chicago Electric welders, supplied with 2 cans of anti-spatter nozzle gel. The gun is 8 ft long, longer than the OEM gun, with 2 trigger wires, a gas hose, wire liner and power cable inside its hollow plastic hose. It generally connects to a plastic wire feeder and usually fits gas-shielded welders around 100A. For 0.6-0.8mm welding wire; a .030 tip is installed and an extra .035 tip is included. Dip the nozzle or contact tips in the gel as needed. The gel leaves an anti-spatter film on the torch tip to prevent buildup in the nozzle and help keep the workbench clean.
