8 Inch Semi Pneumatic Wheel Caster Set 2 Swivel 2 Rigid Service Caster Brand

The Series 100 semi pneumatic casters come in 8” (mounting height 10”) and 10” (mounting height 12.1875”) and are made of pneumatic tread and an inner core filled with pressurized air which remains inflated even with the weight of a vehicle resting on it. Weight capacity ranges from 300 lbs on the 8” and 350 lbs on the 10”. Top plate measures at 4" x 4 1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2.625" x 3.625" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on. Brake options include side lock brake (SLB), bolt-on swivel lock (BSL), or combinations of each. The SLB places the force against the wheel side. The bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) is field installable and converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle via a spring-loaded bolt inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway.
