Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB), a total lock brake (TTL), or a side lock brake (SLB). The TLB places a positive locking force against the wheel tread, locking the wheel only. The SLB places a positive locking force against the wheel hub, locking the wheel only. The TTL also places a positive locking force against the wheel tread, but the TTL simultaneously locks the wheel and the swivel for a complete stationary position.
