Series #30 offers a 4" wheel with a 5-5/8" mounting height and 300 lbs capacity per caster; a 5" wheel with a 6-1/2" height and 350 lbs capacity; a 6" wheel with a 7-1/2" height and 500 lbs capacity; and an 8" wheel with a 9-1/2" height and 600 lbs capacity. The 4" x 4-1/2" top plate has a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can be bolted or welded on.
Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB), total lock brake (TTL) and bolt-on swivel lock (BSL). TLB locks the wheel by pressing on the tread; TTL locks the wheel and swivel. Inserting BSL into one of four notches on the swivel raceway makes the swivel caster rigid for straight-line movement at 90-degree angles.
