Service Caster model SCC-SS31630S820-PAD-TLB-2-R-2 is an 8 Inch 316SS polyurethane-on-aluminum caster set with Delrin bearings, 2 brakes and 2 rigid casters. In the Series #30 range, the 4" wheel has a 5-5/8" mounting height and a 700 lbs capacity per caster; the 5" wheel has a 6-1/2" height and a 900 lbs capacity; the 6" wheel has a 7-1/2" height and a 1200 lbs capacity; and the 8" wheel has a 9-1/2" height and a 1250 lbs capacity.

The top plate measures 4" x 4-1/2", with a bolt-hole pattern from 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3". It can be bolted or welded on. Brake options are top lock (TLB), which locks the wheel by pressing on the tread; total lock (TTL), which locks the wheel and swivel; and bolt-on swivel lock (BSL), which fits into one of four raceway notches to make a swivel caster rigid for straight-line movement at 90-degree angles.
