The 8 Inch 316SS Series #30 swivel caster has a glass-filled nylon wheel, a Delrin bearing and a brake. Series wheel and mounting-height options are 4" and 5-5/8", 5" and 6-1/2", 6" and 7-1/2", or 8" and 9-1/2".
The 4" caster supports 1200 lbs per caster; the 5", 6" and 8" versions support 1250 lbs per caster. The 4" x 4-1/2" top plate can be bolted or welded on, with bolt-hole patterns from 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3". Brake options are a top lock brake (TLB), which locks the wheel at the tread; a total lock brake (TTL), which locks the wheel and swivel; and a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL).
Inserted into 1 of 4 swivel-raceway notches, the BSL holds the caster rigid for straight-line movement at 90-degree angles.
