The 6542-1FBA boomless spray nozzle with a #20 orifice is engineered to deliver uniform coverage across large areas without the need for a physical boom. Built from solid brass, it resists corrosion and wear, tolerates high pressure, and is designed for long-term service. This nozzle supports both half and full broadcast application, making it useful on uneven terrain or where a boom could snag obstacles. Two interchangeable spray caps (90° and 180°) let you switch between a concentrated stream for spot treatments and a wide pattern for broad coverage — simply remove two screws and swap the caps. Install it by screwing into a 1/2" FPT connection and adding a quick-acting valve; it adapts easily to tractor or truck sprayer setups. Rated flow: 5.9 GPM at 40 PSI.
