This grid-tied inverter runs automatically and requires no constant supervision: it monitors the power coming from the PV array and decides when conditions are sufficient to begin conversion. When enough solar output is detected, the unit will initiate its conversion sequence and feed power to the utility grid using MPPT control for optimal energy harvest under varying daylight and temperature conditions. The conversion workflow is organized into 5 modes: Startup, Grid-tied begin, Standby, Stop, Fault-find. Startup — with the start button engaged and both the solar panels and grid connections in normal condition, the inverter enters operation. Grid-tied begin — the inverter converts the DC supplied by the PV array into a stable AC waveform and delivers it to the utility grid, using MPPT tracking to maximize output. Standby — the unit switches to standby if incoming PV power is insufficient or if it detects abnormal parameters such as voltages, frequencies, or temperatures outside allowed ranges. Stop — prolonged lack of sunlight that results in continued low PV power will move the inverter into standby and, if DC voltage remains below 12V for more than 1 minute, the device will enter Stop mode. Fault-find — a dedicated mode for detecting and handling fault conditions so issues can be identified and addressed. Built-in protective logic covers these operating states to safeguard the inverter and connected systems while maximizing energy yield.
