Dissolve 1 tablet in 1 gallon of water; the water turns blue, and each bottle makes 150 gallons of solution. The tablets sanitize food-contact surfaces and equipment, including a sanitizing rinse for glassware, dishes and utensils.

They can also be used on non-food-contact surfaces in restaurants, bars, daycare centers, gyms, assisted-living facilities, schools and homes.
