Designed for commercial and residential environments, these subs are ideal for conference rooms, offices, schools, churches, retail stores and other commercial applications as well as home audio systems. Each CC8-SUB has a built-in 70V transformer and a tap switch offering 70V power selections of 50w, 25w, 12.5w and 6.25w. A bypass is provided to run the unit at 8 ohm, where it delivers 100w RMS with 200w peak handling. Additional specifications: frequency response 38Hz-300Hz; sensitivity 89B (1w@1m); 30 oz magnet. Installation is simplified with detachable Phoenix-style terminals that accept standard speaker wire and a high-quality metal rough-in bracket for mounting in drywall or ceiling tiles.
