6 Inch Heavy Duty High Temp Phenolic Wheel Caster Set 2 Swivel 2 Rigid Set of 4

The Kingpinless Series 92 high temp phenolic casters come in these wheel sizes and mounting heights – 6” wheel (8” mounting height), 8” wheel (10-1/2” mounting height), 10” wheel (12-1/2” mounting height) and 12” wheel (15-1/2” mounting height). Resistant to water, oil, grease and impact damage, protecting floors, and non-metallic, providing spark proof protection. Ideal in high temps associated with baking, performing at 475°F continuous usage to 525°F intermittent usage. Weight capacity ranges from 2000 lbs on the 6” caster, 2500 lbs on the 8”, 3000 lbs on the 10” and 3500 lbs. on the 12”. Top plate measures at 5-1/4" x 7-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" to 4-1/8" x 6-1/8" and can either be bolted or welded on. Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
