These Service Caster Series #30 Polyurethane on Cast Iron casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8” wheel: 9-1/2” mounting height. Capacity/Caster, and 8": 1,250 lbs Capacity/Caster All wheel sizes have a 3/4" axle bore and a 3-1/2" hub length. When the spanner bushing is removed, all wheel sizes can be used on a 1" axle. Please keep in mind, the hub length is the widest point of the wheel, so it is important to ensure you can accommodate this width before purchasing. Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
