Capacity is 1200 lbs per caster for the 4" wheel and 1250 lbs per caster for the 5", 6" and 8" wheels. The 4" x 4-1/2" top plate has a bolt-hole pattern ranging from 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3"; it can be bolted or welded on.
Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB), which locks the wheel by pressing on the tread; a total lock brake (TTL), which locks the wheel and swivel; and a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL). Inserting the BSL into one of four swivel-raceway notches makes the swivel caster rigid for straight-line movement at 90-degree angles.
