Service Caster SCC-SS31630S620-NYD-TLB sku-13880402363

Service Caster SCC-SS31630S620-NYD-TLB (SKU sku-13880402363; UPC 734005501964) is White Furniture Hardware: a 6" Wheel nylon swivel caster with a Delrin bearing, brake, and 316 stainless steel. This 6 Inch caster belongs to Series #30.

The series offers 4" wheels with a 5-5/8" mounting height, 5" wheels with a 6-1/2" mounting height, 6" wheels with a 7-1/2" mounting height, and 8" wheels with a 9-1/2" mounting height. Capacity per caster is 800 lbs for 4", 900 lbs for 5", and 1250 lbs for both 6" and 8". The 4" x 4-1/2" top plate has a bolt hole pattern ranging from 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can be bolted or welded on.

Brake options are top lock (TLB), total lock (TTL), and bolt-on swivel lock (BSL). The TLB applies force to the tread to lock the wheel only; the TTL locks both the wheel and swivel in a stationary position. Inserting the BSL into one of four notches on the swivel raceway converts the swivel caster into a rigid caster for straight-line movement at 90-degree angles.
