40 feet of 6/4 SOOW cable manufactured in the USA. This heavy-duty, flexible cord is NEC 400 and NFPA 70 permitted, MSHA approved, and meets REACH, RoHS, CMRT, and Prop 65 requirements. FT-5 Flame Tested for added safety. Construction: Extremely flexible 30 AWG copper strands with a rope-lay, bunch-stranded design. Internal conductors are insulated with color-coded, extremely flexible EDPM insulation and protected by a durable, abrasion-resistant CPE outer jacket. Key specifications: 30 AWG SAE pure copper conductors. Rated for up to 600 volts. Operating temperature range -40°C (-40°F) to 90°C (194°F); oil-resistant temperature rating 60°C (140°F). Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and meets or exceeds a 720 hour UV resistant aging test. Chemical and environmental resistance: Insulation resists abrasion, battery acid, diesel fuel, engine coolant, engine oil, ethanol, extreme temperatures, flame, gasoline, power-steering fluid, transmission fluid, and water.
