5X Industrial USB to RS485 Converter — Original FT232RL, TVS Protection, 3 LEDs

This 5X industrial USB-to-RS485 converter is built around the original FT232RL for fast, stable communication and wide compatibility. Compact in size, it incorporates multiple protection circuits including a self-recovery (resettable) fuse, protection diodes and ESD protection. An onboard Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) effectively suppresses surge and transient spike voltages, providing interface-proof and anti-electrostatic protection. These safeguards help stabilize current/voltage outputs, offer over-current and over-voltage protection, and improve shock resistance. The adapter supports automatic transceiving and is very easy to use. Three LEDs indicate power and transceiver status.
