The KSY Aquatics KSY-HS50W reef LED light has an external controller with 3 color modes, 5 dimming levels and 6/9/12-hour timer settings. Its 50W light uses a 90-degree lens and 56pcs chips to provide even illumination. It is suited to a tank 24 inches deep and is suggested for LPS and soft coral reef tanks within 24 by 24 inches.

The adjustable metal bracket measures from 10.2 to 13.2 inches and mounts to rimmed or rimless tanks with glass 0.2 to 0.8inch thick. A hanging kit is another option but is not included. An aluminum sunflower heat sink and fan provide cooling. The full spectrum includes U-V, blue, royal blue, red, white and green light.

Blue light supports vitamin D3 production, which helps corals absorb calcium and show more color. U-V light promotes plant defense mechanisms; purple light is used to protect fish growth; and white and red light help corals grow. Listed under All Fish Tanks and Supplies.
