This grid-tied inverter operates automatically and requires no constant supervision. It continuously monitors the PV array output and only begins conversion when the incoming solar power is sufficient. The conversion workflow is managed through five distinct modes: Startup, Grid-tied begin, Standby, Stop, and Fault-find. Startup: When the start button is pressed and both the solar array and utility grid are connected normally, the inverter enters the active state. Grid-tied begin: In this mode the unit converts the DC supplied by the PV panels into a clean, stable AC waveform and supplies it to the utility grid. MPPT control is employed to track the sun and extract maximum power, optimizing performance across varying light and temperature conditions. Standby: The inverter switches to standby if it detects inadequate PV input or abnormal conditions such as out-of-range voltages, frequencies, or temperatures. Stop: If low sunlight causes prolonged insufficient PV power and the DC voltage drops below 12V for more than 1 minute, the device will transition from standby into Stop mode. Fault-find: a dedicated mode for identifying and diagnosing fault conditions.
