Across the series, the 3" wheel has a 4-1/8" mounting height, the 3-1/2" wheel has a 4-5/8" height, the 4" wheel has a 5-1/8" height, the 5" wheel has a 6-1/8" height, and the 6" wheel has a 7-1/8" height. The 3", 3.5", 4", 5" and 6" casters each have a 300 lbs capacity per caster. Each expanding stem is 2-11/16" long.
The 10 available stem diameters are 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/4", 1-3/8", 1-1/2", 1-5/8", 1-3/4" and 1-7/8". Service Caster recommends measuring the inside diameter of the tubing to select the corresponding stem diameter; customers can call or send a message for sizing help. Brake options are top lock (TLB), total lock (TTL) and posi lock (PLB).
TLB and PLB press against the wheel tread to lock the wheel. TTL presses against the tread and locks both the wheel and swivel.
