Capacity per caster is 800 lbs for the 4" wheel, 900 lbs for the 5" wheel, and 1250 lbs for either the 6" or 8" wheel. The top plate measures 4" x 4-1/2" and has a bolt-hole pattern ranging from 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3"; it can be bolted or welded on.

Available brake options are a top lock brake (TLB), which locks the wheel at the tread; a total lock brake (TTL), which locks the wheel and swivel; and a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL). Inserting the BSL into one of four swivel-raceway notches makes the swivel caster rigid for straight-line movement at 90-degree angles.
