4Patriots 4PAT-1WK 1-Week Emergency Food | Camping Gear

4Patriots 4PAT-1WK is a 1-Week emergency food kit listed under Camping Gear, UPC 810026140525. The freeze-dried kit contains 42 servings of breakfast, lunch and dinner food, or about 6 servings a day, and is designed to last 25 years when stored properly.

One description gives an average of 9,240 calories per kit, approximately 1,320 per day; the calorie disclosure separately states approximately 1,357 calories per day for one person. The food is intended to provide energy and nutrients in an emergency, not to replace a complete daily diet.

The listing compares it with an average adult need of approximately 2,000 calories per day and advises supplementing it, especially during an extended emergency or when feeding more than one person. It notes that needs can differ for children, older adults, pregnant people and people with health conditions.

Suggested additions include pantry food, garden produce or supplemental 4Patriots products such as food bars, meat packs, and fruit and vegetable packs. Multiple kits can also provide more food. Each kit is hand packed in the USA. Meals may occasionally be substituted because of ingredient supply changes; 4Patriots says substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
