Important Notes (please read): 1. Your computer’s graphics card must support DP1.2 or newer for this splitter to work. 2. Use a DP cable that meets DP1.4 or above and keep its length to 1.8M or less. 3. macOS does not support MST — it can only mirror displays, not extend two different screens. 4. Do not connect the product’s DP input using an HDMI-to-DP dock or adapter cable; this configuration is not supported. 5. DP cable is not included in the package. 6. Connect the unit to a power source for continuous operation and ensure all cable connections remain secure during use. Product overview: This DisplayPort-to-dual-HDMI splitter follows the HDMI 2.0 specification and can drive both HDMI outputs at up to 4K@60Hz for vivid color and improved contrast. To achieve 4K60Hz output, every connected device and cable must support 4K@60Hz (use DP1.4 for the input and HDMI2.0 for the outputs). Some systems require you to manually select 4K@60Hz and choose extended or mirrored mode in the display settings. Display modes and compatibility: - Windows (DP1.2/1.4 desktop/laptop/graphics cards): supports MST — you can set the two connected monitors to Extended (different images) or Mirror (same image). - macOS: due to system limitations, only Mirror mode is supported (both monitors show the same image). Setup tip: If you encounter no image or instability, try lowering the output resolution to 720p or 1080p and confirm all cables meet the stated standards (DP1.4 for DisplayPort, HDMI2.0 for HDMI).
