48V 13S Li- Battery BMS 40A — 54.6V Charge Cut-Off, Cell Balance & Multi-Function Protection

Designed for 13S (48V) Li- battery packs, this BMS supports 40A continuous operation and combines cell balancing with comprehensive safety protections. It delivers stable charging at 54.6V and automatically cuts off the charging current once the pack reaches the maximum voltage to prevent overcharge. During discharge it enforces safe operating limits to avoid damage to the pack. The onboard intelligent balancing system uses a high-precision balance current control to keep each cell charged and discharged uniformly. This equalization helps preserve usable capacity and extends the overall life of the battery pack. Multiple protection layers are built in: over-charge protection, over-discharge protection, over-current/overload protection, short-circuit protection, and temperature protection. These safeguards protect both the battery pack and any connected equipment from common fault conditions. Compact and easy to integrate, the BMS measures L120*W62*12mm and weighs 167.6g. It is engineered for reliable operation across a wide ambient temperature range of -15~+45 ºC, making it suitable for many demanding applications.
