Its front full-brass dual burners deliver 20,000 BTU with a 685 BTU simmer function; the rear full-brass burners deliver 12,000 BTU. Every burner has a thermocouple safety device and one-hand spark ignition designed for reliability over time.
The full-width MassimoBlu™ blue-flame double broiler is rated at 18,000 BTU and is described as distributing heat evenly and outperforming traditional infrared broilers. A 33" rotisserie rod and powered motor can hold large cuts of meat, bringing outdoor BBQ-style cooking into the kitchen.
The range heats from 0 to 400 degrees in 8 minutes and reaches its maximum temperature of 536 degrees in 20 minutes. Dual fans distribute convection heat for cooking, baking and warming. The 19,000 BTU bake burner can be used for delicate breads and pastries as well as roasts.
