Capacity per caster is 600 lbs for 4", 750 lbs for 5", 900 lbs for 6", and 1,000 lbs for 8". The 4" x 4-1/2" top plate has a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can be bolted or welded on.
Brake options are top lock (TLB), total lock (TTL), and bolt-on swivel lock (BSL). The TLB locks the wheel by applying force to the tread; the TTL locks both the wheel and swivel to hold the caster stationary. Inserting the BSL into one of four notches on the swivel raceway turns a swivel caster into a rigid caster for straight-line movement at 90-degree angles.
