What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Laiye Unknown mixer sku-7744000444 is a DJ & Live Sound mixing console with DC 5V power, 4 channels, 88 effects, and USB playback and recording. Its listed features are 1) mixing, 2) effects, 3) selectable functions, 4) USB recording and playback, and 5) mobile and computer connections. A USB cable and Type-C adapter are included.

The mixer exchanges audio with a mobile device or computer through USB. Computer playback and recording require the corresponding software. Set the power switch to USB when connecting a computer to the front USB port, or to PC when using the rear port. The MODE button moves an on-screen arrow between function selection, player controls and effect selection.

Turn the Program knob to choose a function or effect, then press it to confirm. Player modes include loop, random and single-cycle playback. The EFF knob sets the effect level, and the EFF button sends effects to channels. For mobile playback, pair the device with the mixer and start music on the device. In player mode, turn Program to change tracks or press it to pause.

A FAT32 USB stick plays MP3, WAV, WMA and FLAC files; use the Line/USB button, channel 3/4 volume knob and main output knob to set playback levels. In recording mode, press Program to start, press briefly to pause or resume, or hold it to end the recording. Hold MODE or Program to play a recording. The Phantom button supplies +48V power to the XLR inputs on channels 1 and 2.

Do not use phantom power for a dynamic microphone; check whether a condenser microphone supports it before switching it on. The source recommends an XLR connection over a 6.3 jack for a dynamic microphone. Channel 2 has an L/MONO input for a mono-output instrument or other line-level device.

Input at L/MONO alone produces stereo output; input at R alone produces right-channel output; using both produces stereo output. Headphone level is set with the channel, main output and phone volume controls. A 3.5mm headset microphone feeds channel 1 and cuts off its XLR/6.3 input. The PHONE connection accepts a 1/4-inch jack.
