3KW Electric Thermostat for Water Heater — Swimming Pool, Spa, Bathtub & Hot Tub

3KW electric thermostat designed for swimming pools, bathtubs, SPA baths and massage hot tubs to deliver efficient, automated heating with built-in safety controls. Fitted with an ultra-high temperature protection switch to prevent overheating and protect users during operation. Heating is controlled by the thermostat: turn the control clockwise to switch heating on; an indicator light shows when the element is active, and the unit holds temperature once the preset value is reached. The thermostat is capable of maintaining temperatures not exceeding 40 °C (104 °F). When cold water is introduced, temperature rise is approximately 6 ~ 8 °C / h. Automatic cycling is used for energy efficiency — the heater runs until it reaches the preset temperature, then stops and only restarts after the water temperature has fallen by a few degrees. If the water temperature climbs above 49 °C, the ultra-high temperature cutoff will trip and cut power automatically.
