These Red Unbranded AT-4500 Time sheets (SKU sku-17794354548; UPC 732224737744) are designed for AT-4500 time clocks. The 300 double-sided cards measure 3.37 x 7.37 inches. They come in 6 boxes of 50 cards, numbered #1-#50 in each box to help distinguish employees and organize the cards.

Each card has 6 columns for 3 in/out punches per day, plus spaces for Employee Name, Number, Pay Period, Actual Pay, Deductions and OT Hours. The layout records punches for calculating regular and overtime hours. The cards use 110# stock with 30% post-consumer recycled content.

Clear printing keeps punches within the designated spaces, and the cards are designed to feed smoothly through compatible time clocks.
